Hot/Cold Weighted Neck Wraps

 Neck Wraps are approx. 28x5 Fabric is 100% cotton  The light pressure of the weighted therapeutic neck wrap lightly presses on acupressure points and uses heat therapy to give relief around the neck and shoulders and promotes a calm feeling much in the same way a weighted blanket works for the body. 
 
For Heat Therapy -  Place your neck wrap in the microwave for 45 seconds and then in 15-second intervals until you reach the desired temperature. 
 
For Cold Therapy -  Place your neck wrap in a ziplock bag in the freezer for at least one hour or buy an extra to store in the freezer for when it is needed!
